These terms and conditions
("terms") apply to The Portable Florida Construction
Lawyer, Inc. dba Lien Wizard (hereinafter "Lien Wizard")
Refer-A-Friend program ( hereinafter "Refer-A-Friend
Program" or "Program"). By referring a customer,
purchasing a license using a referral code or otherwise
participating under the Program, the referring and
referred customer as the case may be, agrees to these
terms.
The Refer-A-Friend fee is
limited to one $50 referral fee and one $25 purchase
discount for each one-year licenses that is fully paid
for via PayPal, at either a promotional or regular rate.
Referral fees are only
available for referrals resulting in new license
registration paid in full via PayPal. In order to
receive the referral fee, the referred
customer:
- Must not have been a Lien Wizard
license holder within 120 days of the date of
referral.
- Must submit full payment for the 1
year license via PayPal. Any referral that does not
result in the purchase of a 1 year license is not
eligible for the referral fee.
If multiple referrals for the same
person are received, only one referral fee of $50.00 and
one $25.00 discount will be provided for the referral
first received by Lien Wizard, as determined by Lien
Wizard.
Program may not be combined with other
offers or discounts.
Refer-A-Friend Program is only open to
U.S. legal residents, located in Florida, age 18 or
older. Void in all other areas where prohibited.
Lien Wizard
reserves the right to decline a requet for a code for
any reason, reasoanble or unreasaonble, or
to delete, modify or terminate an existing code
at its sole discretion without prior
notice.
